Spaghetti and Chilli Prawns

Ingredients:

100 grams Butter

2 cloves garlic, finely sliced

1 lemon, juiced

1 tbspn sweet chilli sauce

2 fresh red chillies, sliced

400g raw prawns, shelled (leave the tails on)

400g spaghetti, cooked as noted on packet instructions

pinch of salt

Fresh chopped parsley to serve

Method:

In a pan, over high heat, add butter and saute until it starts to brown (5 minutes).

Add garlic, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce, fresh chillies and prawna. Saute for 10 minutes or until the prawns is cooked. Add spaghetti, salt and parsley. Toss and serve.
